  • 3 quarters cup brown sugar
  • 1 half cup granulated sugar
  • Spiced Up Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 half tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 and a half cups heavy cream or evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pie crust

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375F (190C).
  • Mix Dry and Wet Ingredients: In a big bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, 3-4 tsp of Spiced Up Pumpkin Pie Spice, and salt.
  • Add Eggs: Add the eggs and yolk, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Add Cream and Extract: Pour in the heavy cream or evaporated milk and the vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is well combined.
  • Assemble the Pie: Line a pie dish with the crust and pour the mixture over the crust.
  • Bake: Bake for about 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Cool: Let it cool completely before cutting and serving.
